We value your business and as such, we have designed the following policy to ensure we’re able to efficiently accommodate all clients

• Please provide at at least 24 hours notice in advance of any cancellation or changes to your appointments. 48 hours notice for any permanent cosmetic procedures.

• Cancellations with less than 24/48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Any cancellation within 5 hours of service will be considered a No Show.

• No shows and same day cancellations are subject to a no show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

• No shows and same day cancellations for any of our consultations will be charged $50.​

• Any same day changes will incur fees

 Deposits

Embellish does require a valid credit card on file in order to secure all appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required for Full Set Lash Extensions & Permanent Makeup services.  Deposits must be applied towards services within a one-year timeframe. ​

Service Refunds

Embellish does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. 

​Please alert us within 72 hours with any issues and be booked within 7-days for any corrections.  Fees may apply. 

Product Returns

Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable and will only be taken back for studio credit or exchange pending management approval.

Lash extensions

If you’re coming to Embellish from another lash studio, a partial set must be scheduled. This allows your lash artist ample time to properly assess the work from the other studio and remove, adjust, and replace any lashes as necessary and leave you properly Embellished.

Permanent Makeup

A follow up appointment may be scheduled approximately 6-12 weeks after your initial appointment.  If the follow up appointment is scheduled after 12 weeks of the initial application, it will be considered an Annual Touch Up (this excludes tattoo removal and corrective work which are priced per procedure).
